Full American Financial ("Full American Financial," "we," "us," "our") is an independent life insurance agency owned and operated by Bryson H Jones, a licensed Florida Life & Health insurance agent (NPN #W234699). We own and operate this website (the "Site").

These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you ("you" or "User") agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. 1. Who we are — and what we are not

Full American Financial is an independent insurance agency, not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. Policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers, and all coverage decisions, premiums, values, and contract terms are determined solely by the issuing carrier, subject to underwriting.

We are not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, law firm, or accounting firm. Nothing on this Site is investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Site.

2. This Site is educational — it does not produce quotes

All content on this Site — including the coverage review, the coverage calculator, coverage pages, articles, and FAQs — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a quote, an application, a policy illustration, a recommendation, a solicitation to buy in any state where we are not licensed, or an offer of coverage.

Any coverage amounts or ranges shown are general estimates based on common planning guidelines (such as the DIME method) and the information you supply. They do not account for your full financial picture. A personalized, carrier-approved illustration will be provided by a licensed agent before any purchase, and that illustration and the policy contract control.

Life insurance policy values are not guaranteed. Caps, participation rates, spreads, and policy charges are set by the issuing carrier and are subject to change. Any guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.

3. Licensing and where we may transact

Bryson H Jones is licensed as a Life & Health insurance agent in the State of Florida, license/NPN #W234699. Insurance products and services described on this Site are available only in jurisdictions where we and the issuing carrier are properly licensed and the product is approved. Product availability, features, and terms vary by state and by individual circumstances. You may not be eligible for every product described. See our Licenses page for current licensing detail.

4. Your representations

By using this Site, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• Will provide information that is true, current, and complete, and will not misrepresent your identity or that of another person;
• Understand that incomplete or inaccurate information will affect the accuracy of any educational estimate shown to you; and
• Will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

This Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Accuracy of underwriting information

Insurance applications require truthful and complete answers. Material misstatements or omissions on an application may result in a claim being reduced or denied, or a policy being rescinded by the carrier, in accordance with the policy contract and applicable Florida law. Nothing you enter on this Site constitutes an application.

6. Communications and consent (TCPA / Florida Telephone Solicitation Act)

If you provide your telephone number or email address, you consent to be contacted by Full American Financial and its licensed agents at the number and email you provide — including by telephone call, text message, and email — about life insurance products. Messages may be delivered using automated technology, including an automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, or similar technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send. Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act applies in addition to federal law, and we honor state and federal do-not-call requirements. If your telephone number changes or you are no longer the subscriber or primary user of a number you gave us, please notify us promptly so we can update our records. 7. Third-party carriers, links, and content

We may reference or link to third-party insurance carriers, tools, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, products, services, pricing, or practices of any third party. We do not guarantee any rate, term, coverage, or service offered by a carrier or other third party. You are responsible for reviewing any third party's own terms, privacy practices, and licensure, and for consulting your own legal, tax, or financial professionals.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Full American Financial and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Restrictions on use

You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Site; interfere with or burden the Site or its infrastructure; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission; or use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law.

10. Submissions and feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or non-personal materials you submit may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you. Personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or obscene material.

11. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full American Financial and its owner, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content on it, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Full American Financial, its owner, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your use or misuse of the Site, your submissions, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Governing law and venue

This Agreement and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Florida (or the federal district encompassing it) have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.

17. Severability and waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Section headings are for convenience only.
